2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on TrueScale's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering the website design and related services as outlined in your chosen package (Starter, Business, or Premium). Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and provision of necessary content from the client.

4. Revisions and Refunds

We offer a free preview of your website before any payment is required. Once you approve the preview and proceed with payment, we do not offer refunds for completed work. Minor revisions are included as specified in your service package.

5. Subscription & Website Ownership

Under our recurring subscription model, the website remains fully managed, hosted, and maintained by TrueScale for the duration of the active subscription. The monthly fee covers the Website Care Plan (including hosting, security, updates, and support). If a client decides to cancel their subscription, they may request a copy of the website source files or initiate a transfer, subject to our standard off-boarding fees and technical conditions. TrueScale reserves the right to suspend or unpublish the website if the subscription falls into arrears.
